Lauren

Lauren is the COO and office manager at Luxiam Chiropractic. She has lived in Reno for 20 years and received her education at our own University of Nevada, Reno. She holds degrees in Psychology, Addiction Treatment, Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Donna

Donna is the office manager with a transatlantic flair, originally from Chelmsford, England. Having relocated to the US at the age of 21, Donna brings a wealth of experience to our team.

With a background in education, both as an instructor and in administrative roles, as well as a solid foundation in finance, she ensures the smooth functioning of our operations. Donna's passion lies in witnessing individuals' journeys of self-improvement, a sentiment that resonates deeply with our mission. Beyond the office, Donna finds joy in the company of her feline companions, nurturing her beloved plants, delving into a good book, and expressing her creativity through painting.

Chiropractic Assistant

Jason, C.A.

Jason is a first-generation Kinesiology student at the University of Nevada, Reno. He’s always been passionate about how the body moves and recovers, which is why he enjoys working in a hands-on, patient-centered environment like chiropractic care.

He enjoys connecting with patients, assisting with therapies, and helping the clinic run smoothly from front desk to back office. With a background in strength training and powerlifting, Jason brings a solid understanding of movement and performance into his work. He’s also bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps him make care more accessible to a wider community.

Outside of work, he’s all about staying active whether he’s in the gym, exploring new hikes, or training for his next goal. This role has deepened his passion for health and wellness and strengthened his desire to pursue a career in physical therapy.

He brings a positive, team oriented attitude to the clinic every day and values creating a space where patients feel supported and empowered. Working in this environment continues to teach him the importance of empathy, communication, and showing up with purpose.

Taylor, C.A.

Taylor is a Kinesiology student at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has always been passionate about how the body moves and heals, which is why She love working in a hands-on, patient-focused environment.

She enjoys connecting with patients, assisting with therapies, and helping the clinic run smoothly. Outside of work, she is all about staying active—she loves hiking, paddleboarding, and trying anything that gets her outdoors. This role has shown her how rewarding it is to help people feel their best, and it’s made her even more excited about her future in health and wellness.

She brings a positive attitude to the clinic every day and enjoys creating a welcoming space where people feel cared for. She's learned so much already, not just about chiropractic care but also about communication, teamwork, and empathy. Being part of this environment motivates her to keep growing and give her best in everything she does.

Samantha is a Chiropractic Assistant who is passionate about helping people feel their best and creating a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

She enjoys connecting with patients, assisting with daily office operations, and supporting the doctor to ensure each visit runs smoothly. Samantha values being part of a team that prioritizes care, comfort, and overall wellness.

Outside of work, Samantha is all about maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She enjoys going to the gym, prioritizing self-care, listening to audiobooks also enjoy spending time with friends and family, Being in this role has reinforced her appreciation for health and wellness and continues to motivate her to grow, learn, and bring a positive attitude into the clinic every day.

Sierra graduated with a Bachelors in Public Health from the University of Nevada Reno. She has always been passionate about promoting equal access to healthcare for underserved populations, which is why she enjoys working with patients and supporting them throughout their care experience.
